By creating a Lynex account you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use Lynex to harass, spam, or distribute illegal content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant Lynex a licence to display that content to other users on the platform.
5. Marketplace & Services
Lynex facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Disputes between users are the sole responsibility of those parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lynex is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
